TERMS OF SERVICE / T.O.S

  • By purchasing my services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  • I own the copyright of all of the illustrations and characters I make.

  • If you post anything related to a work of mine you must credit me.

  • I don't do changes to my style, so I won't draw in a realistic style, imitate another artist's or anything similar.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.

  • I may publish your commission to my Instagram account or use it as an example for future ones. If you don't wish for it to be posted you have to tell me beforehand.

  • If the commission gets canceled, depending on the stage it is on, you will get a refund.

  • Requests for a refund after the illustration is completed will NOT be accepted.

  • If there's any reason for which I'm unable of finishing your commission, you will be given a full refund.

  • I will only start with your work once the full price has been paid.

  • The payment can be done through PayPal or Banco Santander (Chile only).

  • Every payment made through PayPal has to be in USD and every payment made through Banco Santander has to be in CLP.

  • In the case that you want to use the character I created for profit, you have to buy the copyright first.

  • If you wish to create merch with any of my works, a commercial rate will be discussed.

  • You can ask for updates.

  • By purchasing my services you are aware that you will be receiving a digital piece and not a physical one.

DEADLINE

The approximated time of a commission will be from one to two weeks and ones with a deadline will be given priority, hence why any possibility of an extension to the estimated time will be communicated with you to give notice.
If you have a deadline for your piece you must tell me so while asking for your commission, if you don't, you will have to pay an extra fee that can go from 10% to 30% of the total price depending on the time you want your work to be finished.

CHANGES

All changes are completely free of charge during the sketch.The simple coloring stage also allows changes for free but only ones that involve the coloring and not the drawing itself, otherwise, if you wish to change the pose, the background or anything else during this stage, you will be charged an extra fee that will be 10% of the total price or 25% in case of wanting to redo the illustration from zero.When rendering, a 25% extra fee will be charged if a major change is requested (background, pose, etc.) and 50% if asked to redo the entire illustration from zero.It is my responsibility as the artist to let the client know in which stage of the drawing I am and to send the corresponding updates to avoid having to make major changes to the illustration during it's final stages.

CHARACTER CREATION COMISSIONS!

For commissions about creating a character, I ask for the information to be as detailed as possible, e.g. body examples, physical characteristics, personality, color palette, clothes and accessories, etc. Constant updates will be given as to ensure that the character perfectly matches the client's expectations.

WHAT I DO AND DO NOT

I CAN DRAW:

  • NSFW.

  • Gore (Depends).

  • Furrys.

  • Complex backgrounds (With a lot of explanation and/or examples).

  • Ships.

  • Characters and character creation.

  • Chibis!

  • Portraits.

I DO NOT DRAW (MAYBE):

  • Realism (DEFINITIVE)

  • Extra complex or detailed armor.

  • Mecha.

  • Illegal themes like sexual abuse, zoophilia, etc. (DEFINITIVE)

I am still open to the things that are not marked with DEFINITIVE, so it's likely that I'll do them. It all dependes on the examples given, the communication and more <3
